The project
A concert hall organ gets a different service rhythm than a parish instrument: rather than a fixed twice-a-year schedule, we tune to the hall's actual event calendar, with a full pitch and voicing check scheduled in the days immediately before any major solo recital or orchestral collaboration booking. The hall's technical staff flags upcoming bookings in advance so a visit can be timed to the auditorium's occupied-vs-empty acoustic difference — a full hall absorbs sound very differently from an empty one during rehearsal tuning.
The service agreement specifically excludes routine off-season maintenance visits, which the hall’s own technical staff handles in-house; our visits are scoped to event-driven voicing and tuning only, per the hall’s request.
